Privacy Policy for Wrap
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
Wrap (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://wrap.design and provides apps for Canva and ChatGPT that turn images into mockups.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us with questions.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information from users:
Name
Email address
Payment information
Images and designs you upload or convert, and the mockups made from them
We may also collect non-personal information through web cookies, such as basic usage and website activity data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide Wrap: to sign you in, turn your images into mockups and keep them in your account, and to process orders, including completing purchases, managing transactions, and communicating with you about your order.
Payment Information
Payment information may be collected when you make a purchase. We use this information only as needed to process your order.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to support basic website functionality and improve the user experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work properly without them.
Data Sharing
We share your personal information only with service providers that help us run Wrap, such as hosting, storage, sign-in, payment, email, analytics and image-processing providers, and only as needed to provide the service. When you use Wrap through Canva or ChatGPT, those platforms also process your information under their own privacy policies.
Wrap in ChatGPT
If you connect Wrap to ChatGPT, OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Wrap exchange information so you can use Wrap in a conversation.
Connecting your account: you sign in to Wrap and allow ChatGPT to use your Wrap mockups. ChatGPT gets an access token for your Wrap account; it never receives your Wrap password or sign-in codes. You can disconnect Wrap at any time in ChatGPT’s settings.
What Wrap receives from ChatGPT: the images you ask Wrap to convert, whether you share them in the conversation, pick them in the Wrap panel or have ChatGPT create them, and your requests to list, open, rename or delete your mockups. Scenes that ChatGPT generates are created by OpenAI, not by Wrap.
What Wrap sends to ChatGPT: your mockups’ names, status and creation dates, temporary links to their images, and your Wrap account’s name and email address, so ChatGPT can show which account is connected.
In the Wrap panel: the designs you place on a mockup stay on your device. When you export a mockup, the image is uploaded to ChatGPT so you can download it.
What we keep: mockups you create from ChatGPT are saved in your Wrap account, like mockups made on wrap.design, until you delete them. We also keep the connection, so ChatGPT stays connected until you disconnect it, and technical logs that keep the service working and secure, such as errors reported by the Wrap panel and records of requests to our server.
OpenAI handles the information you share in ChatGPT under its own privacy policy.
Children’s Privacy
Wrap is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify users by email.
