1. About Wrap
Wrap is a Canva app that turns any image into a mockup instantly. Users can subscribe to generate mockup templates through the service.

2. Accounts and User Information
To use Wrap, we may collect your name, email address, and payment information. We may also collect non-personal information through web cookies.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Wrap require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of purchase.

You may request a full refund within 7 days after your purchase by contacting us at hello@wrap.design.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights
When you subscribe to Wrap and generate mockup templates, you own the mockup templates you create.

However, you may not resell, reproduce, or provide Wrap as an API, automated service, white-label service, or competing service. You may not use Wrap to offer substantially similar mockup-generation functionality to third parties as a standalone service.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Wrap, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for the images and content you upload or use with Wrap.

6. Service Availability
We aim to keep Wrap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
